Not vibing with your order? Don’t stress — you’ve got 30 days after delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging. Oh, and keep your receipt or order email handy.
🔁 How to start a return
Shoot us an email at contact@wise-buds.com and we’ll guide you through it.
We’ll provide the return address and a shipping label if your return is approved. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — ghost packages get no love.
⚠️ Damaged or wrong item?
Let us know right away if something shows up broken, misprinted, or just plain not what you ordered. We’ll make it right — no hassle.
🚫 What can't be returned?
- Custom or personalized items - Gift cards - Sale items - Used products or those not in original condition - Anything flammable or… suspiciously perishable 🌿
Got questions about a specific item? Just ask — we’re chill.
🔄 Exchanges
If you want a different size or item, we suggest returning the original and placing a new order once your refund is confirmed.
🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-day right to cancel
If you’re in the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason needed. Same return conditions apply: unused, with tags, in original packaging.
💸 When do I get my money back?
Once we’ve inspected and approved your return, you’ll get a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
